Moving Day

Today we helped some friends move. If I never see a stair again it will be too soon. They lived on the top two floors of a house, and moved into a house with a lot of stairs. My wonky hip hates me right now.

I am, however, incredibly glad for them. They are such a wonderful couple, and we're very blessed to have them in our lives.

And with that, I'm off to put my feet up for a little while.
