We got out this weekend for a good walk in Sudden Tract. I love that place. The paths are great, although the wood walkways are starting to fall apart. This time of year, the colours are fantastic, and the air is crisp.

Today is a six-month checkup for me with my surgeon, to see if my jawbone is regenerating properly. Then, a haircut, which I desperately need. I should be sufficiently pooped out by the time I get home tonight.
